Delete your Snuggzy account and data

In the app (immediate)

Open Snuggzy, tap the menu (three dots) at the top right, then "Settings", scroll to the bottom ("Support & legal") and tap "Delete account & household data", then "Delete everything". This ends any shared household and its invites, deletes the anonymous sign-in, cancels reminders, and removes every pet, medication, dose record, health note, photo and setting from the phone. It cannot be undone.

Without the app

Email support@snuggzycare.com from the address you want us to reply to, with the household name or invite code if you remember it. Shared household records in Firebase are deleted within 7 days.

What is kept

Snuggzy has no accounts with passwords or email on file, and uninstalling the app removes all local data. A few things are not tied to you and are not removed: product names you confirmed after scanning a barcode stay in the shared product catalog under an anonymous ID, and anonymous crash reports (no personal data) are kept by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days. A live lost-pet page you published is deleted when it expires, or at once when you take it down from the app. Google Play keeps its own purchase records under Google's terms.
