Snuggzy Terms of Service

By installing or using Snuggzy you agree to these terms.

What Snuggzy is

Snuggzy helps you remember and record pet medications, feeding, walks and care handoffs. It is a reminder and record-keeping tool. It is not veterinary advice, and it does not replace your veterinarian's instructions. Always follow the label and your vet.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for checking doses before giving them, and for who you invite as a family member, sitter or walker. People you invite can see your household address, phone, pets, medication schedules, instructions and today's care note, and can mark doses as given. Review and end access from the invite sheet when a sit is over. Family members, sitters, walkers and boarding facilities are people you choose: Snuggzy does not employ, screen or background-check them and is not a party to any arrangement or payment between you and them.

Reminders and sync

Reminders, including the missed-dose alert, depend on your phone's settings (notifications, exact alarms, battery optimization). Sharing with family, sitters and walkers depends on an internet connection and on Google's Firebase service; updates may be delayed. Snuggzy shows queued updates and a safety check on recently marked doses, but you should confirm important doses directly with your caregiver.

Plans and subscriptions

Snuggzy has three plans:

Snuggzy Solo (free): one pet on one device, medication tracking, reminders, Emergency & First Aid, backup and restore, label and document scans (free during the launch period; later, Solo may ask you to watch a short sponsor message before a scan), one printable sitter sheet per short sponsor message, an ad banner on some screens, and discreet sponsored links.
Snuggzy Family ($3.99 a month or $34.99 a year): the everyday household plan. Up to 4 pets, up to 4 devices (you plus 3 family members), one sitter or walker pass at a time, unlimited ad-free scans, mini route maps, weight trend charts, PDF exports, the printable sitter sheet with join QR and 1-tap vet dossier email.
Snuggzy Premium ($6.99 a month or $59.99 a year): the complete care network. Everything in Family plus unlimited pets, up to 8 devices (you plus 7 family members), unlimited sitter and walker passes at the same time, live route maps with potty and photo pins, photo updates from caregivers and potty check prompts.

Family members, sitters and walkers join free; seats count against the owner's plan. Family and Premium are monthly or annual subscriptions billed through Google Play at the price shown before purchase. Family and Premium may come with a free trial (7 days at launch) for accounts that have not had one; the trial and the price after it are shown before you confirm, and unless you cancel before the trial ends it becomes a paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price until cancelled, and you can cancel or change the plan at any time in your Google Play account settings (Subscriptions); cancelling keeps the plan active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow Google Play's policies. Prices are in US dollars and may differ by country.

Acceptable use

Do not use Snuggzy to store other people's personal data without their permission, to send abusive content to a household, or to interfere with the service.

No warranty, limited liability

Snuggzy is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, KScribble Enterprises LLC is not liable for missed or duplicated doses, for data loss, or for any indirect damages arising from use of the app. Keep a backup (Settings > Backup & restore).
